After a number of crazy weeks at A Country Lane, things are finally settling back down. We've just ended our first financial year in business whilst also organizing our first special event - and all along we've still been finding and ordering in new lines like crazy because everything is selling so well! In the coming weeks, I'll be able to get back into adding items to the online store regularly again - I have plenty of them waiting to go!

Christmas in July was a fun and exciting night - we all had a ball and we hope everyone who attended did too! Our evening started off with a quartet of young violinists playing beautiful Christmas carols while our customers shopped away at leisure. A couple playing original acoustic songs continued the live entertainment throughout most of the night, providing a great atmosphere for those who'd stopped shopping to have some nibblies. It was great fun giving out Christmas presents to the people with winning tickets in our lucky door prize - we hope you all enjoy your prize! All in all, it was a wonderful night of fun and festivities and we're already planning how to make it bigger and better for next year!!

New items are still being added to the online store, with kitchenware being the most recently updated category. To see the newest products added, click "List All Products" found in the right hand menu under "Product Search". Then choose sort by "Latest Products" in the drop down menu. The latest items are actually on the last page - I would prefer it the other way around but I can't seem to change it! Hopefully this will be a useful way to check what's been added since your last visit!
